Campaign Readiness Assessment Beta

Successful fundraising is built on a strong foundation. Without overthinking it, mark where your organization stands on each element. The tool gives you an honest read and a short list of what to shore up first.

Mark where your organization stands on each of the fifteen elements — In good shape, Work in Progress, Needs Further Research, or Not yet. Your readiness report writes itself as you answer. When you are done, take it to an AI platform like ChatGPT or Claude to keep going, or send it to Anne Murphy to talk through your campaign.

Step 1

Tell us about your organization

This sets the header on your report. Both fields are optional. If you plan to think this through with an AI tool, keep these general and leave out names and confidential details.

Step 2

Mark where you stand on each foundation

Fifteen elements that separate organizations that are ready to launch from those that are not yet.

Put your report to work

Your report builds itself as you mark each element. When you are ready, here is how to put it to use.

1. Take it to an AI to keep going. Press Copy report, then open ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI assistant and paste it in. Ask it to help you prioritize the gaps, draft a plan, and think through your next move. Your report becomes the starting point for a working session.
2. Print it or save a PDF. Press Print for a copy to share with your board or leadership team, or to save it as a PDF.
3. Send your results to Anne and talk it through. Press Send my results to Anne to email your report straight to Anne Murphy and set up a call. We will turn it into a clear sequence — what to build first, and what can wait.
Before you paste into any AI tool, strip out the specifics. Remove your organization's name, donor and staff names, real dollar figures, and anything else that could identify your organization or your people. Public AI systems may store what you enter. Describe your situation in general terms — the read works just as well without the names.
