Describe each giving opportunity
Each opportunity should explain something a donor could fund and the amount you would ask them to consider.
Complete the fields for your first opportunity, then select Add another opportunity. Start with what you know; you can refine the details later.
Choose a writing style and review your information
Choose the style that best fits your organization and the donors who will read it.
Keep public or approved gift amounts that the AI needs to understand your opportunities. Use clearly marked placeholders for confidential amounts.

The text below combines your campaign notes, giving opportunities, and instructions for the AI.
Copy it into a new conversation in ChatGPT or Claude. The AI will ask about missing information and help you draft the menu. Your team will need to confirm the amounts and approve the content before sharing it with donors.
